Venting No reason to feel like this

I dont know, again Im just feeling like Im in a dream for most of the day and its exhausting. Im feeling like Im so isolated from anything happening outside my head its just not real. Grounding doesnt help, company doesnt either. Its like Ive been asleep for a week straight
