Ok, here is my plan, I live with my bf, so I am planning tomorrow to go take my clothes to the consignnent shop so he can pick up a check after they sell and doesnt have to clear out my stuff. I bought the tank to get filled with nitrogen, I will put it in a suitcase to get it out to the car and take the clothes out.

Then I will leave to go to the store in his car. I will drop the clothes off, then I will go get the tank filled.

My next question is should I go to a hotel or air b &b to use the nitrogen? suggestions?

I will stay somewhere for a few days while I make sure the tubbing works and make the bag. Also, I think I need to get the key to turn the tank on, idk if they have it at the air supply store? My tank didnt come with a key. I already have the regulator, was able to screw it on the tank, but cant test yet because the tank isnt full. My tank is 22 size, I think cubic feet. Hopefully thats enough, I have 2 empty tanks, but only 1 regular. My other thoughts are should I use them in a car so that if the bag fails the car is still air tight, or should I do this in a hotel room sitting? Someone told me not to do it laying down...

Where you choose to stay, and to ctb, is a matter I cannot advise you about. It's whatever you prefer. I don't think that being in a car will change the situation significantly. For me, I'd find someplace comfortable.

A single regulator on a single 22cf tank is enough --provided they fill the tank all the way. At the recommended flow of 15Lpm, you'll have about 41 minutes, which should be adequate to end your life. But I would be very careful not to waste very much in any experimentation you do. If you fill the second tank, you'll have a tank for experimenting with, and then a new, full tank for your final exit.

I'm not sure what you mean by a "key" for your tank. The tanks I know all come with a knob to open and shut the valve. However, any place that fills tanks will probably have accessories such as a key. At the very least, they'll know where you can get one.

Like you, my understanding is that it is better to not lie down with an exit bag. The bag can be knocked loose if, once you are unconscious, you twitch about at all.

Here I sit now, with my tank of N2 beside me, wondering if it'll be tonight. I have the woodstove lit, and a comfortable chair, and I may yet make myself a mug of cocoa. I'm still not sure if I can do it --if I get the bag over my head and filled with gas it'll count as yet another failure, and I'm not sure how many more of those I can take before I resort to a gun-- but I'm in about as good a place for it as possible.

I can try, but there comes a point where I start wondering if I'm just flirting.

It does seem important not to start out laying down. So I would think mostly sitting up (in a bed maybe with pillows propped up on both sides). This is why I plan to do it in my car. I know I can find a remote location when I need to.

Maybe this is not the time then. Or maybe this is just such a really hard thing to commit to. The only cowards I see are people who want to blame us for feeling suicidal and disrupting their nice lives because they don't want to admit they don't have answers.
