Totally fine. The other 0.05% could be anything but nothing that would affect it's effectiveness.

The helium failure is only a failure because nowadays the helium in consumer tanks are intentionally diluted, iirc to prevent suicide. If you had 99.95% helium, that would still work as the inert gas.

I emailed with the director of the helium company I chose to check the purity, so it was probably me botching it some other way. I hope. Rather than being intentionally lied to.
