Nitrogen Exit Bag Restraints

Do I need restraints when unconscious via exit bag. What kind of restraints and on feet as well? I'll be dying in a somewhat upright position against a wall or something, can that work or do I need to be locked in a chair? If I don't have restraints why could happen, like I pull the bag off.
Perhaps. A seatbelt is likely enough. On your feet too is excessive.
The worry is that you either consciously or subconsciously end up yanking the bag off or puncturing a hole in your bag out of SI. From videos I've seen, I haven't seen this occur, but it's a good precaution. Although from some forensic photos, it's clear the seatbelt is a rather common choice.
Of course, this isn't a handcuff and if you do indeed consciously decide to back out, you can. Once you grow into subconsciousness, your movement is largely involuntary and mostly misfires, not much restraint is needed to overpower them.
