Do i take the SN with paracetamol to avoid throwing it up?

Check the stickied thread which has the SN Bible, Stan and Vizzy's SN guide, and also read the PPeH for all the info you need about it although some things like antacids are not in the recommended protocol or changes etc so be sure to read, read, read up!. When you get a few more posts you will unlock the search feature or just do your research by browsing around, there is no shortage of details available with minimal effort so definitely put in the time to get up to date on it all.

In short, no, paracetamol aka Tylenol is for possible headaches due to change in blood pressure from taking SN. Someone would need to take an AE to help with the nausea which is absolutely a recommendation as you will read and find in your researching.

Paracetamol is not intended to prevent vomiting.
Painkillers are intended to reduce, for example, headache (this is one of the symptoms of SN)
