Next monday im gonna Ctb using the Sleeping pills, and plastic bag method i have the suplies to do it. Im gonna sit in my bathroom with the pills, bag, and rubber band ill take the pills and put the bag on my head and wait to fall asleep.

I think this method could be somewhat hit and miss
