News & Announcements Missing

How come the entire News & Announcement section is just gone! The quicklink to it doesn't work as well.

Did someone screw up a setting somewhere?

Hasn't for me? And I can still see and browse the N&A section.

I can also look at the news and announcements section, everything seems normal for me.

I can see the news and announcements section without any issues. I do see a section called private but when I click on it nothing happens. I just assume my post count is too low.

I see it as a guest, but when I log in it's gone and the quicklink says I don't have permission.

I had that thing happening to me when I made an account. It looked like some kind of bug with permissions for new users, because it made no sense to limit access for registered users if guests can see it, and it went back to normal later.

I am also severely restricted. I can't dm, I can't see news/announcements logged in..
