I am still trying to work that one out too, lots methods I cant use for medical reasons but others just are too brutal. Wish there was an answer I could give you. Share with us how things are for you, some good listeners here. It wont change your circumstances/problems but helps to get things off your chest and get others perspective on things.
You need to weight out the options. What works for others may not be your cup of tea.

Are you able to talk to your doctor about going on lithium? It personally saved my mental health
