New probably stupid question

Without benzos, idk what to do so I'm looking at basic stuff like nytol for SN routine. Will it be strong enough? I've never taken sleeping pills before but with it being OTC stuff I'm worried it'll affect my sn plan but wtf else can I do

Benzos are for the anxiety. If you don't use benzos SN will still work but you'll have nothing for anxiety.
You can prob find them on the internet. Good luck!

As other have already stated, benzos are recommended in the protocol, however if you really cant find any whatsoever, you can go without it, but benzos are recommended because it lessens the symptoms after ingesting sn. There are reputable vendors on the dark web, i suggest to look there if you still cant find any. Good luck!

Thanks so much. I'll look into the dark web maybe. It just freaks me out a smidge. Thank you for your help
