New Plan

i cannot fast due to a previous eating disorder that has my family watching everything that i eat. so my new plan is this:
before 7pm- last meal/drink
8pm- take up every necessary material to my room (measuring cup, tablespoon, etc)
9-10pm, maybe 11- go to bed
3:30am- wake up to an alarm, take everything, attempt to go back to bed
next morning- i am gone

no later than 7. i will stop eating at drinking at 7pm at the very latest. that will give me at least 7-8 hours of fasting hopefully

Kinda risky getting caught no? I'm trying to look into the repercussions if failed.

my family will be fast asleep when i do it. the issue will be failing. if i do fail i will most likely end up in residential as i have already failed an attempt this year and ended up in the hospital

I hope not, if you cannot wait, it would be bad to do it in your parents home. If they were behind the pain it would be a different story.
I believe we are a lot alike. Different but alike in ways.
