Method New here, question about SN method

Ive been lurking here for a little. My SN is arriving today so I'm thinking of my exact protocol for it. I don't have meto as I'm from the states. Is there a way I can get it through any online pharmacies without a prescription? If not I'll just try without. I only have SN, nothing else. I'm wondering if I should smoke weed beforehand? Or would that interfere? I see someone saying it should be fine. Maybe smoke like 40-60 min before SN so by the time I take the sn mixture, I'll be pretty sleepy from it?

Also for pain killer before SN, wouldn't it make you nauseous to take painkiller on an empty stomach? Like ibuprofen or something? So I'm wondering if I should take ibuprofen or not. I'm okay with just SN as well.

It's arriving today, but I'm not sure when exactly I'll do it. I'm wondering if I should quit my part time job first, or that might raise suspicions so maybe not. I might just binge eat on foods I really like for a week or two before I do it so at least I'll enjoy that before I go.

I'm in the UK but I got domperidone from online pharmacy by saying it was for nausea and vomiting during migraines because I couldn't take my migraine meds due to interaction with the sertraline I was taking.

Unfortunately, I live in a country where meto, benzos, and other medications people use in their protocols are almost all prescription-only. Meto is recommended to prevent vomiting, but it is not mandatory; I witnessed the CTB of a guy who only took painkillers, without meto, and he vomited twice, but despite that, he successfully CTB.
In my country, I can only get ibuprofen and paracetamol as painkillers, along with an antacid to help with SN absorption and prevent it from turning into NaCl. I will probably use only these medications.
As for weed, I also asked myself the same question. I read that marijuana has antiemetic properties, but I don't think it's as effective as meto. I still don't know if I want to smoke before or during taking SN. Unfortunately, for me, weed has the opposite effect and makes me very anxious.

If your main concern is not being too drowsy at the onset of symptoms, you might consider using sleeping pills as an alternative to weed or benzos. However, be careful to properly manage the timing of medication intake so that you don't become so drowsy that you're unable to take your SN.
In my country, sleeping pills are the only available alternative to benzos without requiring a prescription. I think I will use them as well.

Hello, I also have SN. I will be using only alcohol a few hours prior. No other drugs. SN is the only requirement, all other additives are to try and increase relative comfort, or try to prevent vomiting. People who take AE still vomit. Good luck with whatever you ultimately decide.

No, I'm sorry to tell you, but I won't use any of the medications you mentioned. Unfortunately, in my country, all drugs that alter the psychophysical state are regulated and available only by prescription. I would have to see a doctor and get a prescription, but I don't think that's possible.

I strongly advise against using alcohol to numb yourself, as it could increase stomach acidity, slow down the absorption of SN, and increase the risk of vomiting.

I might actually use sleeping pills. Maybe a double dose would be enough to make me really sleepy after about 30-40 mins. I'm worried tho that it would effect my stomach in some way and interfere with the SN, or maybe by the time it's been 30-40 mins, the sleeping meds would be gone in my stomach and SN will absorb just fine. Ppls say to stop drinking water 1-2 hours before SN so it absorbs faster. Would the water I drink with the sleeping meds be gone by then too I guess?
