Need help, suffering impossibly from akathisia

I have lived for years with severe injury caused by a short time on an antidepressant med. I need out. Is hanging reliable? I don't want to suffer more. What is the simplest way out that is easily attainable? Help!

you aren't taking any meds that could cause akathisia? I'm sorry for you - I know your horror, I also had unbearable akathisia, but it was caused by aripiprazole, and it stopped 1.5 weeks after I stopped taking it. also had akathisia from cariprazine. I was planning helium or nitrogen exit bag method for myself then, otherwise hanging
