Need help procuring SN in the Philippines.

Hi.

Long time lurker here. I'm trying to CTB before November, but procuring SN is difficult. Although I found a supplier, their minimum is 25kg. What am I gonna do with all of that? Surprisingly though, I found Sodium Cyanide pretty easily. Please help. Thanks.
