Need anti depressants without prescription

Hey. Need something to stop me from ctb, and unfortunately if I'm being honest my social anxiety means I will never go to a doctor/psychologist to seek help or get a prescription for anti depressants. I asked on reddit and was just warned about how incorrect dosing could lead to serious side effects or even fatality. I already tried to hang myself last month, and if something doesn't change soon I will be ordering SN and be done with it all.
I'd prefer a legal method, I read that if you live in the EU (which I do) that it's possible to order medication that requires a prescription in your own country, as long as you but it from another EU country where the given medication does not require a prescription.

Do you have someone you trust that can take you to see a psychiatrist with you? That person could do all the talking, you just have to nod. (Don't forget to mention you need to have someone with you in advance, so they're ok with it). Me and my friend do this for each other often. I think this would be the easiest and quickest way to obtain anti depressants.
I mean you just wanna help yourself recover, they just wanna know if you're starting with the right dose and the right type of meds that are safe in combination with other medications you might take. If this isn't an option for you, maybe someone else can advise you on ordering without prescription as I have no experience with that. Good luck!

Unfortunately I have no friends in real life due to the aforementioned social anxiety. My depression led me to stop all contact with every online friend I had about 2 years ago, now I am only talking to 1 person who I recently reached out to after trying to kill myself, although I would never tell her about that, so the support she's giving me feels kind of hollow since she tells me stuff like I'll be fine etc.
Thanks for the advice though, but yeah talking to someone is really not an option for me as much as I wish it was.

My country has a proper email system to get in touch with your GP. If you have something similar in your country, explaining your situation through text might be enough to get a prescription (online video call maybe). In my experience they throw antidepressants at anyone who wants them really. I suffer from social anxiety too and have asked for several different medications through email, although I went and saw my doctor once in person, before solely interacting with him through email.

My family is great but I have not told them about my depression which I've had for a long time now, and I don't plan to because I don't like having conversations with people, including my family. If I told them, I'd be subjected to a lot of that and I can say with confidence it wouldn't put me in a better place. The only reason I have for staying alive is to not hurt them but I've been trying to distance myself from them for the last few years as much as possible so I don't hurt them as much when I (most likely) ctb.

I don't think that's an option in my country but I'll look into it aswell, although I don't think it's something I would be comfortable with unfortunately.

I don't think there's any way to reliably get antidepressants without getting a prescription. They have no recreational potential so no one sells them illegally, and any and all antidepressants are prescription. Unless you want to dabble in microdosing illicit stuff then you're out of luck. If you have someone who can go with you, so you're not too anxious, you should be able to go into any walk in, GP, or ER, and ask for antidepressants (it should be easy, depression is super common right now because of covid) and of course say no if they ask if you want to ctb.

That's a bit hard to get, without a script. And you have to take the ones who suit your needs.

I also have social anxiety disorder. I know how scary going to a psych sounds, but trust that however method you choose to get anti-depressants without a script will probably cause you more embarrassing and scary problems later down the line. Going to a psych will cause a lot of anticipatory anxiety, but they'll be used to dealing with people like you already. They'll be able to give you what you need safely. You will have a professional who will monitor your reactions and dosages. Anti-depressants like SSRIs can have the opposite effect on some people, and sometimes the results depend on dosages. It's important to be careful.

Your anxiety sounds very bad, a psych will probably pick up on that quickly (likely as soon as you mention having no friends). Idk how things work in Europe, but here in the USA, both of my therapists brought up putting me on meds on my very first sessions because of how debilitating my anxiety was. You don't even have to mention anything about depression or suicide either, most of the time the anxiety is enough. It might even be the case that an anxiety med will help you more than an antidepressant will.

Like Leech said already, its hard to get normal meds through the same channels where you'd buy uppers or Xanax for example. Probably you'd need to know someone who works in medicine if you want to get stuff like Nardil or Zoloft. People aren't usually looking through black market for that sorta thing.

I appreciate the help guys, but yeah this is what I was afraid of. Seems like this system wasn't made for me.
I might try ordering some psychedelics(or kanna/ashwagandha) before I go for SN since I've read those can have an antidepressive effect.

St John's Wort (or maybe Saffron which one study showed as good as Prozac). For anxiety, Phenibut can be taken 3 x a week. Some people love it for social anxiety. Modafinil you can buy online.
Ps for anxiety have you tried weed? It really helps me, though it can also make some people worse. You could also look into high quality CBD oil.
