Help Need a Hug

I can't stop crying. I feel so lost. I quit my job yesterday, I had to. It was making me physically sick, my hair was falling out. It was so overwhelming. Now being here and reading the posts I'm so sad. I don't know what to say. Every day I get up there is a sliver of hope that maybe - just maybe this day will go well. But they never do, there is always something that pushes me over the edge. Thank you for listening.
