I've tried the tourniquet method, and I don't know how to describe it. My ability to feel my body slowly erodes. Like, I no longer feel my legs, then arms.

i passed out for a very short time. When I realized I was not dead I was upset and aborted

I just passed out for a bit. It was wonderful. I used a bungee cord I guess it does not work.

Sleeping pill overdose 3 years ago. Could be considered an NDE for sure. Had several seizures and migraines while I was being treated. I actually thought that I was going to die with the OD.

This time around, I am going to CTB correctly, and ensure that I have no chance of survival. I CTBed impulsively three years ago, over something that could be resolved. But now, I am determined to go through with CTB properly this time around, because I had made grave mistakes to the point of no return. No thanks, I'd rather go and off myself. There's no point in living anymore.
