Can someone clear my doubts on

How to make N if purchased in Powered form?
Is powered is okay or bottle more effective for CTB?

Also, before purchasing can we tell supplier to send any authentication certificate of the product?

Don't dream. Heard it once (not A, not C), but it has no validity when it's made up by the seller who eventually synthetise it, if not acquired as second hand.

It is said so & is valid in theory but remains to be proven by fact. PN wrote he witnessed success with 20yo liquid before, which I haven't heard with powder (proper storage to be arranged, less straight-forward)

The threads that were linked will explain better. A and C are the only 2 viable suppliers of N.

I would obtain either. If the bottles from A are sealed you know exactly how much your getting. If its powder some people have it tested for purity as it is not out of a pharmacy.
I'd personally like to know how many mg's I had obtained.
Powder though Ithink would be easier to leave sitting around if you had second thoughts.

After poured into a glass (plus diluted for the powder), then it should be equal (good for 1 month). Just before, the bottles are kept sealed , while you might undo as a preparation a sophisticated packaging for powder (some store it vacuum sealed up to with desicants). More or less the same. The commitment to take action doesn't leave much time for second thoughts. You could mix with water at the last minute, but it doesn't take much time to open the liquid bottle with scissors neither. After, it's too late.
