You would have to check the latest PPeH but I think all Countries know why we want it and have clamped down and won't sell it, but I may be wrong there is always that possibility someone got bottles and never told anyone.

Look at how old the stories are of people getting them, things might have changed by now. I know in Mexico they have, not even members from inside of Mexico can get their hands on n.
