Does anyone know if N or SN would be compromised by a current anti-depressant regimen? Such as SSRIs, SNRIs, Tricylics, MAOIs, etc.

I'm not sure. But sn should be just a lethal in all cases. It's a salt and has nothing to do with antidepressants. But mixing during of before an attempt is not advised.
