Discussion Mythical YT recommendation pull (2017 video on SaSu subreddit)

saying straight away: this is not another "death cult website/sub" video.



Once, browsing YouTube i stumbled upon this video on my recommendation feed:



Don't know why, but recentely yt started suggesting videos about suicide. This is one of them. I was drawn to the fact that this video is from the times when SaSu subreddit existed.

And the post featured in this video surprisingly relatable. Especially that "toxic positivity" thing. And I still don't know how do majority of people cope with reality, ignoring it and simply live not thinking about existence and purpose at all. Under such circumstances I am actually feel uncomfortable that I can't simply live like anyone else. Guess this is how mental disorder looks like. I am striving to find meaning since childhood and I just simply want to know what I am doing here.

Anyway, I hope author of the video found their peace, whatever it may be.

I relate so much to OP cause what's the point of living? Working my ass off for the rest of my life for basic needs? Studying until I can't anymore to get into the job market? Falling in love with someone and thinking y'all gonna get married then you're broken up with in a random Saturday afternoon? Suffering and suffering just because someone decided to have kids? I didn't ask to be born, I didn't wanna partake in any of this, so why do I have to? Why do I have to keep on going for nothing? Just to achieve things? I don't want them.
