Hi guys, planning on sn when it arrives wanted to share my story.

It all begins at university at 18. My penis is suddenly retracts into my body along with my testicle causing indescribable pain.

Doctors are useless and have no cause. I struggle to get erections which at this age is a death sentence. I can't shit without peeing all over the floor due to my retraction.

Anyway this has been going on long enough as I am 26 now and just want this to be over. Will be lurking till my sn arrives just don't see another way out

Do you have a buried penis? Have you tried seeing a urologist about this instead of just your family doctor? From what I know, there are treatment options available for this (assuming that I'm right about this being a case of buried penis), including surgery.

It seems like there are ways to manage it. You should try getting your doctor to recommend you to a physical therapist if you haven't already.

Not fully but like a good few inches, the testicle went all the way but they came down after a year, now it's just the oenis and the testicle skin that's like really tight.

i'm sorry, you're navigating through this, its exhausting when the issue is complex and specialist are not familiar with it :(,

i apologize if you already know about this, have you had the chance to consult with different specialists aside from a general urologist? A phlebologist might help if the root cause is vascular/varices in pelvic region, a neurologist in case its the nerves /prudential neuralgia/spine , there's also some urologist that specialize on the pelvis/pudental nerve but they're rare, they might not know about hard flaccid since it's a novel terminology but they could offer help since many symptoms overlap with conditions from their field of expertise and might prescribe meds to help alleviate the symptoms at the very least.

have you heard of daflon? it is an otc mainly used for varices/haemorrhoids and a wide range of venous uses, could help if the root cause is venous/pelvic varices, its best to discuss with your gp about it, just to make sure its safe

sending you hugs, i really hope it gets better for you 🫂
