My planned date is about two weeks from now and I wanted to share my SN protocol and get some feedback. This is adapted from the SN Bible and other protocols that have been shared. Please share any feedback:)
I have booked a hotel for my ctb so I won't be disturbed. I added an extra night to my booking just in case something were to go wrong.
Day 1
Take 1 x 10mg metoclopramide and see how body reacts.

| 12:00pm | Begin fasting. I get very faint and dizzy and can't think straight if I don't eat, so if necessary I will eat a yogurt or snack bar |
| 8:00pm | Stop drinking water |
| 9:00pm | 1000mg acetaminophen (2 x 500mg pills) |
| 9:20pm | 3 x 10mg metoclopramide |
| 9:40pm | 200mg propranolol |
| Crush 4mg of Xanax and mix into small amount of water (20mL) | |
| Dissolve 25mg SN in 50-100mL of water. Prepare backup drink | |
| 10:00pm | Drink Xanax mixture |
| 10:15pm | SN drink |
Questions
- Is 200mg propranolol too much? I keep seeing conflicting information about it. What do you think is a good amount?
- Is the timing for the Xanax drink okay? What would be the ideal timing? I have a very low tolerance for benzos. I tested my tolerance by taking one 0.5mg Xanax on a full stomach and within 20 mins it was hitting me.
