Since I will have to wait till march/april to get some N (vet), I might have to ahead with the SN method, since I probably won't be able to wait that long.
So I am sharing my SN protocol.
2 cups of SN 25g sn/50ml water each.
8-12 hour food fasting.
2-3 hour of liquid fasting
1 hour before taking the SN I will take 600mg ibuprofen and 1 tramadol and 1x12mg bromazepam.
2-3 pills of propranolol.
45 minutes before the SN I will take 3x10mg meto.
Numbing spray.
Drink 1 cup of SN.
Drink a mix of 5x10mg diazepam+10x12mg bromazepam+1x4mg tizanidine, all crushed (i am surprised how little powder this has created) with very little water.
Chew a mint gum for like 30 seconds to reduce the salty taste of the sn in the mouth.
Lay back and wait for the best.

One thing that is key to prevent procrastination and panicking (something that i usually see in other's peoples threads), is that I already crushed the benzos, and I already separated the 50/2g of SN in 2 separate containers.
So I just need to execute the plan, not much thinking is needed, just plain execution, follow the steps.
I think it is solid.
I have already tested 1x10mg of meto, I felt a bit restless, but nothing crazy.
I will take 1 propranolol pill today, just to see how my body reacts to it.
I think testing "new" drugs in advance is also important, to prevent unwanted surprises on THE CTB day.
Suggestions are welcome.
PS. Please don't DM asking about the N/SN source.

is this an oral spray to numb your mouth/throat from the harsh SN? if so, which spray is it going to be?
one that is sold locally, it has lidocaine, it is used for throat pain.

Quite insightful. IMHO think a bit much on the pain and muscle pills - unless you know you need them due to specific health conditions. Gum or Ricola type lozenges are essential. People seem to miss that. Wholly agree with testing everything and laying everything out earlier. Most of the SN failures are due to not fasting or getting the protocol wrong due to panic on the day or not being precise enough. I am going barebones. The fasting, anti-emetic, Ibuprofen, SN, expired valium (couldn't help it), lozenges. Not easy assembling more for the kit given my rural "eco-retreat" type of location. One thing I have going is I don't gag or retch easily.

Expired valium works great, don't worry.
Regarding the high number of pain and muscle pills... well... I want to reduce pain and involuntary movements as much as possible, and I want to pass out quickly.
I wish you all the best!

That's a funny thing you know. People usually think "Date of expiry" means something like a person expiring, alive one day, dead the next. For food and medicines, it is very subjective, based on the particular product, how it was made and how it was preserved. Like milk is no good past the date, but medicines... most of them have some power left for a long time. The valium I have is about 1 year past. But should be good for SN. Didn't bother to replace it.

1 year is nothing.
There was a research in which they tested 9 or 10 year expired ibuprofen, and it had like 90% of the original potency.

Wouldn't anything you take after ingestion of the sn just come back up? (I'm assuming almost everyone pukes at least a bit)
