My sn is not powdered

Reading to several people who bought SN and they all say that they are like powders, well it turns out that my SN (I don't have it open) sounds like fat salt but does not melt bone all together and composed.

It is normal?

It's clumpy, correct? This usually is expected as impure SN will have anti-caking agents, which reduces its purity.
