Since I can resume my life as an perpetual struggle against sloth, I realized something who happens to me.
The next seconds or minutes when I stay at any "sleepable" surface, such as a mattress, bean bag or sofa, I easily fell asleep. Doesn't matter if the previous night I slept the recommend 7-8 hours, I fell asleep and my body doesn't care about work or house chores. If I can stay in a surface when I can close my eyes, I lost the connection with the real world.
I don't know if it's an universal situation or only happens to me, but I have the theory of that any slumber surface could keep me in their spiderweb.
