I'm on day 9. I only drink water and alcohol. Last night I went to sleep, and I woke up weighing much less. I don't feel any different. I don't feel hungry or anything. I ordered sn to complete the job. It should be here in a week. I think by that time my body is very weak and I shouldn't go through much pain. I can already feel a strain on my heart. It's slightly painful. I plan to eat just a little so my digestive system doesn't try to shut down before I can use sn.

Honestly the first 3 days of fasting were very brutal. I don't want to call it pain, but in between a desperate need for food. After that, it stopped.

Good luck, bro. Terminal dehydration was the method that most appealed to me, but I attempted it and after a period of time a characteristic feeling of euphoria resulted. It resulted in me abandoning the fast because I thought there was hope for my future.

I'm just telling what I'm going through. I'm not fat or interested in losing weight. I like Mike's harder drinks.
The purpose of my thread is to share my experience. It's very painful not to eat the first few days. After that, your body uses itself for energy, and you don't feel hungry. I did eat something small day 7 and it was very painful.

I can tell you it's not hard after day 3 or 4. Day 9 I did notice weight loss. After you don't eat a few days, you lose the will to because your body is getting energy from itself

Ur absolutely right..I have fasted before and after 3 days, your stomach just gets tired of "complaining"...lol

I've thought about this method too. They always mention in the news how a lot of old people die this way when they're being neglected by the caregivers. I've read that it takes about 3 days to die of dehydration so I've thought about stopping food and water and doing it during a heat wave to accelerate the dehydrating process. I want to test it out for 2 days to see how painful it would be and figure out if I could make it through one last day.

How long did it take for your euphoria feeling to start after you started the fast?

Day 10. I can feel discomfort, not pain. It's totally bearable. My hope is I don't have to take the sn which comes in 4 days. I don't really feel weak or tired. Day 13 I may eat just a small amount of soup to get my digestive system working again to absorb the sn

Some people have died after drinking too much water in a short period of time so I'm also considering this method. Too much water would kill me faster, it could be a matter of hours I think.

I don't have the nads to dehydrate to die. I know that is severely painful. When you fast, your body will use much more water. At first, my lips became dry and chapped.

If you google search water intoxification, you'll be able to find a few cases of people who died this way. There's a lot of information about it, like how much you'd need to drink and how much time it would take to kill you.

After about the second day without food I started to get dehydrated. I did drink a lot of water. Maybe 2 days later it went away.

I have given this serious consideration too. Maybe I am too impatient to starve to death. I would prefer to just sleep away. I think it is horrendous that we have to go to such extreme lengths. If people only knew the pain of mental ill health then we would not be driven to such means. Our right to exit with dignity and in safety [ ie without the risks of botched attempts] should be respected and above all, upheld.
