• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Obviously, I am not being forced to eat, not eat, or do anything.

But I often feel like my circumstances force me to not eat, even when I want to, even when food is available.

I am currently experiencing symptoms of low blood sugar but I have no desire to eat. It feels like too much work and food feels gross. Sorry if this is jumbled, my brain is foggy.

Does anyone else struggle with this? How do you overcome it?

Hi i know what you're talking about! Eating is effort and sometimes you have to treat it as such, as a task.

Orange juice is my ride or die. It gives sugar, it hydrates, it makes me not want to die for the minute I spend drinking.

I really recommend fruit as well, fresh things tend to be easier for me. I like to cut them up and keep small bite soze slices/bits in the fridge for when I am in this situation.

Hope this helps!

Without trying to infantilise you: I know this is tough. Not eating makes your worse, when you feel worse you don't wanna eat. Good job trying. I mean it. You can't recover if you don't recognise an issue and try to solve it, even if the solution requires too much effort *right now* :]

I find eating can be hit and miss. I'm very active which includes weights, so I end up being quite formulaic in knowing I need to make sure to eat enough and mainly protein so that I lower any injury risk so I can keep doing it. But I also think they're intertwined; I don't know which was first, the low motivation for food or the high exercise levels.
