It's basically the same setup I described in my previous post, but this is a full shot of the entire setup.
Basically it switches from air to helium gas automatically after a certain period. I will be asleep when the gas turns on.
The plastic bottle above is a DIY silencer to reduce the noise from the air pump. I noticed the noise was traveling through the tubing and leaking out from the outlet, so I made this simple silencer to deal with that.

It's called the inert gas method, you simply inhale gas and die peacefully. People call it the exit bag method also.

You know, a few months ago I was chatting with someone in Germany who had an impressive nitrogen setup… so I'm sure it can be acquired there. If you can find welding supply shops or industrial gas suppliers (for example, in the states, we have Airgas) near you, I bet you'd find it!That is such an amazing setup.
