Discussion Music Recommendations?

So kind of a weird question, I know, but does anyone have any really loud, distracting, yet melancholy type music for when they attempt? I'm hoping that if things take a turn for the worse and I experience a little bit of pain in the beginning, I can at least have some music. Sounds dumb I know, but trust me it really helps me I've found.
