Hi. I am planning on ordering 10x100mg morphine pills. Should I add anything like benzos or plastic bag. As I understood I would just fall asleep.

I used to be addicted to morphine, and other painkillers.
But you certainly wont need all 10 of the 100mg pills if you have no pre existing painkiller addiction.

I initially planned to overdose on opiates but after researching found out it's not as easy as I thought.

Your chances will increase with an anti nausea med and benzos. Alcohol can help but also increase risk of puking.

Nausea and vomiting can occur before or after. From my own experience I felt nausea just as the calmness started to wash over me, I did not vomit - likely because I was not taking an overdose and had a mild tolerance.

Many people vomit after they are passed out and it's possible to drown.

This is a difficult method of suicide because if taking a high enough dose orally of anything, your body will attempt to purge. Injection is better because it's inside of you and no way to get it out.

I'm not familiar with this, but what that dose be sufficient to kill yourself ? I'm not sure about the human LD50.

Either plug it(put it in water and mix then put it up your ass)or inject it. If you mix with booze and benzos you will die

Don't be too sure ... you need to do it 'right', and there still may be teh question of antiemetics etc.

Or you will just sleep for a very long time and wake up sick & angry at your failure. Even instant release oxicodone are difficult to od on. They're made to be safe even in pretty high doses.

Watch out for ketamine. It has a tendency to be a bit rough. Try Xanax or something along those lines if you just want to pass out. And do remember your anti-emetics. Before and after. Trust me.
And more is the better on everything. I don't think I need to repeat my failed attempts here but suffice it to say I took a fuck ton of drugs - and here I am. So just pile that shit on. Plastic bag if you want...shit try to have multiple causes of death. I regret my single method more than I can possibly express.

Can I take both?
The coadministration of subantinociceptive doses of oxycodone with morphine has recently been shown to result in a synergistic antinociceptive effect in rats. The present study was aimed to investigate the possibility that coadministration of morphine and oxycodone can produce a similar synergistic effect in humans exposed to an experimental model of cold pressor test (CPT).

That's not true for all substances.

The nausea and vomiting from opioids are directly related to their effects on opioid receptors.

However, with very large doses, vomiting is actually suppressed due to central depression.

So whether someone vomits from an overdose also depends on how quickly one can achieve a high enough blood level to suppress the mechanisms involved.

I'd recommend you go the rectal route for the opioids to not only entirely circumvent the risks involved with vomiting but also achieve higher blood levels by avoiding the first pass effect.

Secondly, I'd combine it with a high dose of benzos to enhance the effects, taken directly after rectal application of the morphine. You need to be quick with those, though, because it can hit very quickly.

I'd also recommend you take a normal dose of benzos beforehand to guarantee a certain level and calm you down, as well as an antiemetic, preferably Metoclopramide.

Morphine has low reliability (4/10) accodring to PPeH. Fentanyl has 8/10.

This. Morphine has a low oral BA and you could very well end up puking everything. Crush the pills, filter them and IM them (use more than 1 syringe if necessary), expecially if you don't have anti-emetics. Benzos(orally)/alcohol beforehand can help. Are you tolerant to opioids or GABAergic drugs?
