More water with SN

Just wondering,it's recommended that you take SN dissolved in 100ml of water, but what if you used more water than that? You'd still be taking a lethal dose of SN but with more water would it taste less salty?

Surely not, I will still be taking a lethal dose, it will just be watered down more. Regardless of how much water I use surely I will still be taking around 20g. It's a bit like drinking whiskey and coca cola, you can add more cola to reduce the taste of the whiskey but you'll still get as drunk because the same amount of whiskey is being drunk.

Less water? I guess if you inject you'd need to make sure it's fully dissolved so maybe less water can be used.

More water shouldn't be too much of a problem. You could use capsules instead if the taste is a problem.

More water will just mean it will take longer for the SN to get into your system and might increase the risk of throwing up slightly.

Capsules seem to take a longer time to have an effect bare in mind)

The problem I see with more water is you have more liquid to force down. That could be challenging. And it could increase the risk of vomiting, I guess, because it's more liquid in your stomach. But I'm just speculating there.

You don't want to ingest it in increments, because you need the full dose to take effect all at once. So the less water you use, the easier it'll be to just chug and get it over with.

@Stan, I'm glad you've come to this conclusion and hope you'll go back to add that to the threads where you posted your plans to inject SN. As a Factoid Hunter you know how speculation can turn into an epidemic of people believing it's The Right Way.

SN is given intravenously as an antidote to cyanide, but that does NOT mean that injecting it into a muscle is a good idea.

technically it's possible but the equipment needed to do it all requires a hospital really. No point when you can get a glass from your cupboard and use it to drink. Sadly I cannot go back and edit those entries. But since nobody ever uses the search button or look at older threads for information i feel quite safe nobody will read them again lol

I saw someone yesterday stating that SN can be injected. It can't hurt and could help if you add a new post to those threads to note that injecting SN into a muscle isn't a way to go.

I don't mean to quibble, but in this thread I don't see any retraction:

and just yesterday a member called @Corraled posted the source you provided about IV use to support the idea of injecting SN.

It could save someone from a painful and possibly harmful experience if you'd add new posts to those old threads. People do read them and you sound very authoritative. 8]

I added a retraction to that one. Being the factoid hunter I can't put my hand on my heart and say it wouldn't work, but sourcing the pharmaceutical quality injection vial and the administration of the drug just makes it too difficult and carries too much risk of failure if not done correctly.
