We're all consuming at a phenomenal rate. I guess you could argue that a CEO of a plastics manufacturer has done pretty well in life. Maybe they have a large, happy family. Maybe they are even fair to their workforce. They could also be knowingly letting their company dump tons and tons of toxic waste into a nearby lake. They likely do far more damage than you and they are doing well in life- in terms of contributing money anyhow.
I feel bad for my share in all this pollution too- my job creates a lot of waste. Even when I'm careful. Still- I also reassure myself, telling myself I didn't choose to be born into this and it's not made easy for us to leave.
I doubt many 'normies' would actually even accept 'saving the environment' as a reasonable motive to kill yourself. Wasn't there that case where a man killed himself after having a discussion about it with an AI? And, everyone started to panic.
Regardless though, it's not your fault if you can't work. I'm sure there are people in your life who do value you for who you are although, that doesn't make life easier to live I realise. It's got to suck to feel so guilty though. I'm sorry.
