More mental health questions

As I stated before, I joined right on the day I started feeling better again. Though I doubt it will last longer than a few days. In the meantime I am trying to summon the courage to tell my story while trying to understand what has happened to me over the last decade leading to this point in my life. I am trying to understand myself if I Have really became unhinged or, as strange as it sounds, if something really wonderful is happening and is about to become a reality. In order for me to help me do this I need some questions answered from people not around my circle, because at this point I don't trust them.

So first of all, anyone here been diagnosed with schizophrenia? I have some questions.

Since no one has responded to this thread yet I want to see if I can be of some help...I don't have schizophrenia but I work in a psych hospital with a lot of patients that do and so am quite familiar with it (I'm a behavioral health technician, though I have psych RN training).
