Nope,it actually caused alot of my issues, i wish westerned medicine knew something about integrative medicine, the right supplements and diet can help alot, too bad most drs just say its anxiety and throw you the same old medication that doesnt work

It helped in small ways. I have a condition medically known as "ultra-shit vision" so the contacts are a life saver, and due to my CIP I have to go get stitches and the likes more than the average person. I mean, nothing tangible, obviously; but I know how we get treated so I'm not going to expose myself as suicidal to a medical professional. It still does make life a little more bearable until I successfully commit.

I won't know for sure until I finally get my hands on Prednisolone for my coeliac disease and hope it helps me sleep better at night. I suppose Lansoprazole also helped back when I had gastroesophageal reflux disease, but I even then I had to lie to my doctors about my symptoms to get some Lansoprazole because Omeprazole was doing jack shit for me.
