I saw here that some people drunk milk pf magnesia before sn
What is this? And how much i need to drink?
I will take paracetamol, meto, propranolol and diazepam too

The milk of magnesia serves as an antacid. Lately however, antacids are not recommended anymore in the ppEH guide. So you should be fine with what you listed.

Actually you'd crap yourself either way. After death, the muscles in the body relax including the bowel muscles and any bodily fluids or waste remaining in the body would be released involuntarily. It doesn't happen immediately but it will definitely happen regardless of whether or not the OP uses milk of magnesia...
