Method Might attempt tonight

Thinking of just jumping off of an overpass into traffic. I'm not really aiming to die but if I do, I die I guess. What's the best way to minimize damage if I survive? The overpass isn't that big of a jump. Maybe 25 ft?

hello. i don't think 25 ft would be enough to die, it would probably only hurt you and you would have to deal with mental hospital etc
what i mean is that it would just make you feel worse.

Wouldn't there be a high chance of you killing other people in the process? If you landed on a car or they swerved out of the way and crashed? I don't think thats a very good method. I think theres lots of high up places where you could jump that wouldn't hurt anyone else
