Hello, as long as I am a bit afraid of taking Meto because of having akathisia and dystonia in the past, I would like to share with you a bit of information.
I selected more interesting researches on Meto, because there are a lot of them and they give us nothing in our case.
If you are interested in the subject, feel free to read.
I have chosen the most comfortable ways for you to download and read since https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ is not providing us enough information and referring to websites where you have to pay for articles. There are yet three articles where request is needed though.
Enjoy!

Warning! Dystonia and akathisia are extremely rare to those who never experienced something like that before. Anyway, you have to start from 5-10 mg of Meto and see how your body reacts. Especially those of you who have seizures/akathisia/dystonia. Some of the cases mentioned are so uncommon that you are more likely to be struck by a lightning rather than getting these symptoms.
This thread is just for educational purposes so that you could know that such occasions exist.
