That's from wikipedia. The antiemetics usually have strong affinities with dopamine channels and this drug doesn't, so it's probably some off-label usage for nausea. I recommend checking out stan's guide if you haven't already and going with one of the antiematics on that list:

  1. Dromperidone
  2. Metoclopramide
  3. Olanzapine
  4. Alizapramide
  5. Chlorpromazine
  6. Prochlorperazine
