Everything causes brain damage these days it seems. Since it's a one time use with SN, I'm not worried when the aim is to ctb but I do understand why people did not choose to take Meto and chose Dom or Zofran instead.

I don't know, from what I've seen from you, you do tend to worry far too much for your own good sometimes. Same with how you've worried about experiences of others with SN happening to you even though there's no indication that'll be the case.
