Just saw someone saying Meto EPS is permenant if it occurs but I thought it happened only while the medication was in your system. If this is the case, if 10mg didn't cause these symptoms would 30mg?

Have some stuff on this in the "Notes" section of this guide :
https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/n-protocol-regime-regimen-notes.27092/

I've never heard about it being permanent before.

I have heard of tardive dyskenisia which can be permanent but I think that would be quite unlikely taking meds just once. Usually it results from long term use and most EPS is temporary.

Okay, that's what I was thinking as I feel like it wouldn't be the anti-emetic of choice if it was a possibility. I figured with such a relatively small one time dose but wanted to double check

( from the guide mentioned above ) :

Apparently 50 mg of Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) can be used to treat EPS, so it may be wise to have that on standby.

The Diphenhydramine for treating EPS symptoms may be available as Benadryl, or Nytol, or simply as Diphenhydramine, or perhaps as some other product, depending on country.
You need to ensure the product you buy is Diphenhydramine based.
For example, some Benadryl products (eg in the UK) do not contain Diphenhydramine, so those are not suitable.

However, if you've done your meto testing correctly, and built-up to your actual dosage that you will use, as mentioned in the guide, then you should be okay, so having the Diphenhydramine on standby becomes less critical (although still a nice-to-have).
