Are there any methods that can appear to be natural causes,I was told N could look like cardiac arrest?

Inert gas, granted you have someone who will take off your exit bag, will appear as a natural death unless there are devices within the proximity of your body that suggest you died from self-induced asphyxiation.

An autopsy can be conducted, in which you will test positive for an overdose on barbiturates through a blood test. If you leave bottles around or powder, this will draw suspicion in which an investigation will be conducted if your death was natural or self-induced.

SWB (shallow water blackout) can work but can be a bit tricky to trigger if you're not used to swimming. It also leaves a pretty ugly corpse.
Jumping from a high place can be passed as an accident with a bit of imagination too. Like, going hiking in winter and falling "accidentally" off a cliff.
Any OD drugs can also work.

Off the top of my head, that's about it but be creative. Essentially any accidental death can be "helped" but it will rarely be very peaceful for both you and first responders.
