Help Methods involving Cardiac Arrest or Heart Attack

Good Day to you all, I simply just want to know what key methods are there to cause a cardiac arrest or a heart attack to myself. Any help will do really.

The only things I know are: 1. chloroquine overdose, 2. any method resulting in vagus nerve overstimulation. 3. Yew poisoning.
Chloroquine overdose seems to be pretty unreliable. Vagus nerve overstimulation is hard to accomplish but can be done for example by jumping into ice cold water. Regarding yew poisoning I'm not sure how lethal it actually is but there are some people who succeeded using this method. Hope this helps a little bit.

A friend of mine told me that it is possible to OD on meth or cocaine, but you have to take a lot of it and ingest (eat) it, instead of snort, shoot or smoke it.

I got one. Nyan Cocktail.

The primary ingredient is Cerberin, from the pong pong seed.
The side ingredients are Akuamma, California Poppy, and Incarvillea Sinensis. It's based on the DDMP cocktail, at a tenth of the price. I recently thought of a second version where instead of California Poppy, you use 2m2b, an anesthetic.

The antiemetic and antidiarrheal agent needed for this would be scopolamine (from datura inoxia, which also contains hyoscyamine) as only anticholinergics work for cardiac glycosides.

Do research before considering.

I have an eating disorder and I puke my food up.
Idk if you could use this to suicide in a relatively short period of time
But if you chug water, puke it up, chug water, puke it up (which I do to cleanse myself of any food left in me) it washes out potassium which causes heart failure through its inability to contract correctly. I came close to a heart attack this way in 2019. It was a horrible experience, 0/10 dont reccomend

I'm trying for this. I'm trying to fast on little with caffeine and go on an extreme ketto eating very little plus a lot of oil and little carbs. The hunger pains can be dealt with fairly well. I have trouble calming down esp at night without eating. The mental fogginess, irritability, and impending doom feeling is the worst. I feel as though I've messed up my electrolytes. It's hard to even keep track of my diet, and not sure I'm going hard enough. Though I do extreme ketto/ try and eat little and then extreme carb. Not sure if you can build it up, or have to completely fast. I know going 10 days with little nutrition is a huge risk factor. I wonder if having more carbs you don't have to fast as intensely.

Any reason or reference to why you believe chloroquine is unreliable? It has a higher reliability rating than S/N in some references.

I don't want to come off snobbish (or whatever), but I've had refeeding syndrome (yes, really). I was severely anorexic and had this while I'm treatment. I even "cheeked" my phosphorus pills hoping I'd die and well, you can see how well that turned out.

I also did this in one of the worst years of my eating disorder and obviously am still here. My K+ never dropped but my HR was recorded as low as 29, my BP 70s/40s, and Glucose 29. Doctors said since I had an eating disorder since I was 10 my body adapted somehow. I should have died but again- nope. It's too person dependent for this to be a realiable method.
