Help Methods for the UK

I've been a silent observer on this site for a while and have seen lots of threads regarding different methods/what the best method is, but I feel like a lot of these seem unachievable if you're in the UK. Are there any particular methods I should look into because of this? Maybe I just haven't been creative enough with how I could source some of the things I'd need for the methods I've seen, idk. Any insight would be appreciated :)

I would say ropes are available, charcoal is available, tents are available without any restrictions afaik. Anyway there is not the one "best method" it always depends on personal preferences and ofc availabililty.

I've heard of people jumping off tower blocks, flinging themselves off bridges, stuff like that.
