Method needed

I am pain adverse, don't have access to drugs, and live in an apartment so I don't think CO is an option. Taking this into account, does anyone know of a method that I could use? I desperately need to ctb.

Jumping and hanging seem painful. I don't drive so doing CO somewhere else doesn't seem possible.

No car or don't want to do it in your apartment jump or inorganic salts if access to a firearm shoot yourself or get a rope and bike /walk/ public transport to the woods or countryside or secluded areas
