So today, I've decided to go with this method and thought by starting off with inhaling the smoke from a cigarette outside this cold weather (which most likely could work for non-smokers) in order to decrease your body's temperature via coughing. Once that's done, try to keep yourself exposed to the cold weather as much as you want in any way you can think of. If you have any questions or suggestions, pls ask me.
