I am planning to ctb. I have
Amitriptyline HCl 190 mg
Clonazepam 45mg

Will take a bottle of vodka.

P.s:am non drinker, 55kg.
Should I get hold of more amount of these drugs?
How reliable is it?

Ld50 on amitriptyline is 140mg per kg. Ld50 means the lethal dose for 50 percent of test subjects (mice). So for someone 70kg. It would take 9800mg. Of amitriptyline for a 50 percent chance of dying.

worst taste i've ever had in my life, extremely bitter and acidic, i had a one spoon and almost puked, my throat was burning like hell and the taste was so fucking .... i couldnt finish it and i ran to the hospital

I agree with Oblivion, Ami dissolved in water is impossible to drink. Had a failed attempt many years ago and after forcing down about 3 grams worth in water. Even with anti emetics I was still violently ill for hours after..

That is going to make you sleep for a long time and then wake up. So it is not a good method and you risk organ damage

6 to 8 grams of amitriptyline, + 300-500 mg of diazepam are recommended
in addition to antiemetics

Don't forget to allow at least 2 days undisturbed. Ami takes long time to kill due to anticholinergic effect, but it certainly works !
