  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Do you Meditate?

Also, have any of you tried/heard of reverse mediation? Or read the book?

Reverse mediation is a practice where instead of calming your mind and removing the negative thoughts, you introduce your real life challenges into your practice and focus on challenging situations. It's about reversing the natural tendency to avoid or resist difficult emotions or situations, instead inviting us to go into them

Basically the concept is that from a meditative state you can transform negative feelings into opportunity for growth and liberate yourself from the suffering. If you already meditate this probably makes some sense to you at least lol
