Or maybe it will be back in the past. Because I don't understand why does it always have to be that time will move only ahead. Universe could also take us into the past possibly, no one can know.

That's kinda where I'm at. Things aren't going to get much better in this life for me. I'm okay with the possibility of there being nothing, but yeah, maybe there is another life

Well I often think that the universe has been around for millions of years and probably will be for millions more. I was born in 1972. Where was I before this? I don't believe there is anything to fear about death. We simply go back to where we came from. Life on this planet is short no matter how you choose to leave.

I'm comforted by the idea of reincarnation. I like to believe that I've had lives before this and will have lives after, and this period of my existence just happens to suck. But once it's over, I'm hoping I can try again with a functional body and brain and live the life I wanted to this time around. Or maybe I'll just be a tree or a house cat if I get the choice. Spending my life laying in sunbeams sounds nice right now

I think at the very least we will become part of the universe as we are all made up of energy and it has to go somewhere. Whether that somewhere will be an experience we'll be consciously aware of is a mystery

What's weird is it's the thought of nothingness that's really pushing me to stay alive as long as I can. I know that's not rational, because at that point everyone's eventually going to meet that fate if that's really what it is. But I can't help it.
