Story Man who can't do anything

I've been thinking about, few years ago my mom was taking care of man who was paralyzed, he couldn't move anything but his eyes, it got me wondered what if he wanted to die and find peace but was unable to tell anyone, i saw how he was in sweat all day laying in bed, he couldn't eat by himself, go to bathroom and what if evey day he was living in misery and in shame of someone having to do it for him while disgust on their faces, worse is hi was young man, and now I'm thinking he has all these years of to live in nothingness but shame and unpleasant feelings only.

Certainly no sort of a life..
