Would it be wise to get an Uber or Lyft to wherever I'd go to ctb due to worries about transporting nitrogen tanks? This is all just fantasy but please answer thanks

I don't think you have to worry about the tanks. Just put them in a suitcase with your clothes. Nitrogen isn't going to suddenly explode.
